Return form
If the delivered goods do not correspond to what you ordered, you can return the goods within 30 days of delivery. The return will be processed if the goods are returned in an undamaged condition. If you wish to exchange the goods for another, you can do so if they are not damaged. The online store www.posterovo.sk is not responsible for goods that have been damaged or lost during transport from the customer back. Therefore, we recommend that customers pack the goods appropriately and always request confirmation of the shipment of the goods in case of a later complaint about the package.
Please fill out the following form and send it to us together with the goods. Without this form, we will not be able to identify your order and the process of handling the complaint will be extended. We will inform you about the handling by email after processing the return or complaint.
